The Scottish Government has been working with Partners NHS Health Scotland and Architecture and Design Scotland to develop a Place Standards Assessment tool (www.creatingplacesscotland.org/2015-07-21/place-standard-tool ). The aim of this tool is to support the delivery of high quality places – which can be instrumental in reducing health inequalities.
Earlier this year, we carried out a number of workshops and public engagement activities to gather views on the current Place Standard tool. That feedback had assisted us in developing a new working draft which will be developed more fully into an online version.
We would welcome your views.
