Scotland’s Towns Week is this 18-24 November! This is the annual celebration of the nation’s towns and city districts as well as all those organisations and individuals who support Scotland’s places. Coordinated by Scotland’s Towns Partnership and Scotland’s Improvement Districts, Scotland’s Towns Week is a great chance to collaborate, share best practice, interests and opportunities, and ultimately to help bring life, vitality and vibrancy back into our town centres. How to Get Involved
There’s lots happening during Scotland’s Towns Week – see schedule. In addition, STP will be promoting any and all local initiatives to support towns and improvement districts via their social media channels: please share these via Twitter @ScotlandsTowns or @Scot_IDs. Campaign hashtags are: #STW19 and #LoveMyTown.
You are encouraged to get involved in the following ways:
- Tell STP about and share any events or initiatives happening in your town during 18 – 24 November. Contact email@example.com. → Download and display the “Keep it Local” poster. (online or physically) → Vote for your favourite innovative idea in the FutureTown Design Competition shortlist [to be revealed by 18 November].
