Negotiation is an essential Life Skill. We all negotiate all the time – with our partners, children, colleagues and bosses, as well in formal negotiation situations. There may be born negotiators, but everyone can learn and practise the basic skills of negotiation. This short course is designed to teach negotiation and to encourage participants to practise these new skills in real-life situations by the case-study method of learning.
